With over 30 years of combined construction experience, we specialize in new builds, additions, ADU's (additional dwelling units), major interior redesign remodels and commercial TI’s.
At our core, we're dream interpreters. We listen intently to our clients' visions, helping them bring those dreams to life through thoughtful design, meticulous planning, and expert project management. From inception to completion, we guide our clients every step of the way, ensuring their project reaches fruition seamlessly.

Our Team
I come from a small town where real estate and construction run in the family, instilling a deep understanding of the industry. After high school, I studied business management at Lane Community College and earned a business and real estate certificate. In 1996, I moved to Boise, Idaho, in search of new opportunities and to wrap up my four-year business management degree.
I started working at REMAX of Boise, learning the ins and outs of the local real estate scene. Then, in 2006, I founded Sun River Custom Homes, focusing on new custom home builds and remodeling projects. My goal has always been to create homes that people love. Whether a custom designed home, updating a kitchen, renovating a bathroom or a full blown addition, I aim to make spaces comfortable and welcoming.
Outside of work, My wife and best friend of 26 years love traveling, outdoor activities like Harley's, hiking, fishing and snow biking. Giving back is important to me, and I strive to make a positive impact wherever I can.I'm just a small-town kid with a passion for construction and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
Sam Jordan

Born in Boise, Idaho, my journey took me to Texas as a young child before returning to my roots in Idaho and starting my career in construction, owning a framing company and beyond into new build and high-end remodel projects. Family, the outdoors, and the golf course greens have always been my happy place.Proudly,
I stand married to a beautiful supporting wife, a Dad to three remarkable adult daughters, and a Grandpa of four amazing grandkids, each a testament to the values instilled in our family. My motivation finds its roots in my passion for taking an idea and seeing it come to fruition.
Beyond the blueprints and hard hats, I find happy places in the simple joys of life – a quiet morning on the porch, the laughter of loved ones, and the challenge of a perfectly struck golf shot. These moments ground me and remind me of the importance of connection with the spaces we inhabit and the people we cherish.Through my work, I hope to leave a lasting impact on the lives of those who call these spaces their own.
