Sam Jordan

I come from a small town where real estate and construction ran in the family. After high school, I studied business management at Lane Community College, earning a business/real estate certificate and finishing my Bachelor of Science - Business/Management in 2006.

In 1996, I moved to Boise, Idaho, and started working at REMAX of Boise. Then, in 2006, I founded Sun River Custom Homes, focusing on new custom home builds and remodeling projects. My goal has always been to create homes that people love. Whether a custom designed home, updating a kitchen, renovating a bathroom or a full blown addition.

Outside of work, my wife Christy and best friend of 26 years love traveling, the outdoors and giving back.

Jeff McGilvrey

Born in Boise, Idaho, my journey took me to Texas as a young child before returning to my roots in Idaho and starting my career in construction. Family, the outdoors, and golf has always been my happy place.

I am married to my beautiful wife Belinda, a Dad to three remarkable adult daughters, and a Grandpa of four amazing grandkids.

Beyond the blueprints and hard hats, I find happy places in the simple joys of life and my work.
